GET PROMOTED

  1. When the job(s) that you want to promote to are open, make sure that you include the duties and responsibilities that you performed in your application or resume.
  2. If the promotion includes a writing exercise, make sure you integrate the duties and responsibilities that you performed in your answers.
  3. If the promotion includes an interview, make sure you integrate the duties and responsibilities that you performed in your interview answers.  Having performed most if not all of the duties or responsibilities, you'll find that you're knowledgeable about the job and have the self confidence to communicate your experience and knowledge.
